Noticedo

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 5 July 2026

Noticedo ("we", "us", "our") operates noticedo.online, a tool that helps people in India draft formal legal notices, complaints, and letters. This page explains what information we collect when you use the tool, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

Noticedo is a document drafting tool, not a law firm, and this policy covers the noticedo.online website only. It does not constitute legal advice.

1. Information we collect

To generate your document, we ask for the details needed to draft it, which may include:

We do not ask for or store your email address, phone number, or government ID to generate a document.

2. Payment information

Payments are processed by Razorpay, a licensed Indian payment gateway. When you pay, your card, UPI, or net banking details are entered directly into Razorpay's secure checkout and are never seen or stored by Noticedo. We only receive a payment confirmation and a payment reference ID from Razorpay to release your document.

3. How we use your information

The details you provide are used solely to generate the specific document you requested — to insert your facts into the correct legal format and cite the applicable law. We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to producing your document.

4. Data retention and deletion

We do not build a permanent record of your case. The information you submit is used to generate your document and is deleted from our systems within 24 hours of generation. If you request a free rewrite within that window, your details are retained only until the rewrite is complete or the window closes, whichever is first.

5. Sharing of information

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties, except:

6. Cookies and analytics

noticedo.online loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may involve your browser connecting to Google's servers. We do not currently use tracking cookies or third-party advertising or analytics scripts. If this changes, this policy will be updated accordingly.

7. Your rights

Under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may request confirmation of what personal data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, or request early deletion of your data (though in most cases it will already have been deleted within 24 hours as described above). To make a request, contact us using the details below.

8. Children's privacy

Noticedo is intended for use by adults (18 years and older) capable of entering into legal correspondence. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal reasons. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.
