These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of noticedo.online (the "Service"), operated by Noticedo Document Drafting Services ("Noticedo", "we", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Noticedo is a self-service software tool that converts the facts you provide into a formally structured written document — such as a demand letter, consumer complaint, RTI application, or workplace notice — citing applicable Indian statutes. You describe your situation; the Service formats it and inserts the relevant legal citations automatically.
Noticedo is not a law firm, does not employ or supply advocates for your matter, and does not provide legal advice or representation. Using the Service does not create an attorney-client relationship. The documents generated are formal written communications intended for you to send yourself; they are not a substitute for advice from a licensed advocate, particularly for court proceedings, criminal matters, or complex disputes.
The Service drafts your document based entirely on the facts you enter. You are responsible for making sure the information you provide is true, accurate, and not misleading. Noticedo does not independently verify the facts of your dispute and is not responsible for consequences arising from inaccurate, incomplete, or false information you supply.
You must review your document carefully before sending it. You are solely responsible for how, when, and to whom the document is sent, and for any consequences of sending it.
Prices for each document type are shown on the Service before you pay and currently range from ₹39 to ₹119, depending on document type. Payments are one-time (no subscription) and are processed by Razorpay. Your document is generated only after payment is confirmed.
Each payment includes up to three rewrites of your document within the same session, to help you correct or refine the facts before finalizing. Rewrites do not extend beyond the current document request.
You agree not to use the Service to: submit false or defamatory claims about another person; harass, threaten, or intimidate anyone; impersonate another person; or generate documents for any unlawful purpose. We may refuse service or suspend access if we reasonably believe these Terms are being violated.
The Service's software, templates, and legal-citation logic are the property of Noticedo. The document generated for you, based on your own facts, is yours to use, edit, and send.
Noticedo makes no guarantee that a document generated through the Service will achieve any particular legal outcome, be accepted by any court, forum, or authority, or resolve your dispute. Legal outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Noticedo's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the specific document giving rise to the claim. Noticedo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We may update these Terms or modify the Service at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
